slice (they have been good enough to make me at least try)
and me are eaten at breakfast yesterday morning ...
from Saturday evening to Monday ... →
good I'd say ...
remained soft, soft, non-greasy, pleasant and light
the perfect cake for breakfast and snacks!
by Silvia, is already in the family cookbook!
I leave the recipe here as well, but you read the post Silvia, with the history of this cake, the thing you will certainly appreciate and maybe, if you do not already know, you will have the opportunity to discover a new blog ...
addition, I modified the doses of some ingredients, and if you go by yourself, you will find the original ... but, we pass to the point:
soft cakes
Ingredients: 5 eggs
170 gr.
200 grams of sugar.
flour 170 gr. extra virgin olive oil
1 packet of yeast
a pinch of salt
* dark chocolate and powdered sugar to taste
Preparation:
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the oil, flour and baking powder sifted, and if want, the grated chocolate flakes.
Add the egg whites until stiff and mix with a spoon from the bottom up.
Pour the mixture into a mold (I use the silicone, so do not buttered) and bake at 175 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Do the toothpick test and eventually leave in the oven a little longer '. I am just 30 minutes. If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Good snack!
Small anecdote: While I weighed the flour, I was off the scale ... acc ... Battery over!
What to do?
I had other batteries to replace, and not leave everything to them, I kept an eye ...
put this, not take away a bit ', add that one, too dry, too wet .... In short, I thought of having to throw everything, and instead ... a wonder!
Therefore, in the end, if this cake is great success in these conditions you think with the ingredients weighed ad hoc!
I hope the week continues in sweetness. Beta
