OBSERVATIONS AND EXHIBITS AS FOLLOWS:
In this sector one of objectives that the administration wants to achieve is to eliminate the so-called "points of conflict , those intersections between vehicle trajectories that involve not only an increase in danger but also an exponential increase in traffic.
In paragraph 5.1 " S ystem and fluidization of the axis of Via Nazionale " it is reported that "the presence of reversal points in common will adjust the trim of the movement with a ban on turning left along the 'axis of Via Nazionale " (as shown in Annex 1) .
This provision in our view is in contrast to the change in the way of the march at the intersection of Via Mazzini and the same way until the Settembrini Via Felicioni.
